Some examples of the work we do for government organisations, companies, NGO’s, charities, hospitals, medical centres, nursing homes and SME’s include:
- providing transport for individuals or groups of clients to and from their workplaces, educational settings and appointments
- accessible and individualised transport for client(s) to and from their workplace, educational setting and appointments
- chauffeuring clients to and from the airports, conferences, medical appointments, hotels, etc
- late night pick up/ drop off for employees and/or clients of your business
- transportation of sensitive documents and small parcels
Business to Consumer
Our customers use us for a variety of tasks. We are learning and expanding with every trip we do. Term and conditions are discussed and agreed to prior to booking a trip. Below are examples:
- Paul booked us to transport his elderly parents to the airport for an early morning flight as he could not get time off work . Once our clients were dropped off, Paul received a text from the driver to let him know that all went well.
- Saoirse is 19 and was going out with friends for the night. She booked us to meet her at a central location in a well-lit area in town at 2am and not to leave until she arrived. Before she went left for her night out, she had the driver’s name, direct contact details and the cost for waiting time and we had her number and permission to call her at 2am.
- April uses a wheelchair and was attending an event with her friends. She booked a return trip at the times that suited her event as she did not want to be too early or be left waiting at the end of night.
- Simon has a disability that affects his communication especially with strangers. Simon’s carer organised his trip to an appointment and gave us the information we needed to ensure that Simon’s needs were meet. We sent a text to Simon’s carer once the trip was completed.
